Lorenzo introduces a model for influencing others, which includes focusing on the outcome, demonstrating competence, showing empathy, sharing a vision, building a community, and developing professional intimacy. 

Dave concludes by sharing a personal story about a life-changing event that taught him the importance of relationships and the need to prioritize them in business.
